Industry News Autumn Angelettie Named 2023–24 Roundabout Directing Fellow

The 2023-24 Leon Levy Foundation Roundabout Directors Group has also been announced.

Roundabout Theatre Company has selected its next directing fellow and the new directors group cohort for the 2023–24 season.

Autumn Angelettie will be the seventh Roundabout Directing Fellow. During her fellowship, Angelettie will assist on multiple Roundabout productions, and work with the theatre's artistic team as a script reader and on developing two of her own chosen projects. Angelettie is a member of the fourth Roundabout Directors Group (2022–23 season). She made her Off-Broadway debut directing one drop cool at WP Theater.

The sixth Leon Levy Foundation Roundabout Directors Group cohort includes Emily Abrams, Zahra Budhwani, Moses Garcia, Tramane Harris, Saki Kawamura, Sanhawich Meateanuwat, Amani Meliyah, Aileen Wen McGroddy, Isabel Perry, and Lucky Stiff. Led by Roundabout Associate Artist and past directing fellow Mack Brown, the mentorship program will provide career assistance and community for emerging directors. The Roundabout Directors Group has included many individuals who have gone on to participate in directorial roles for Off-Broadway and Broadway work through the years. Former directing fellows include Sivan Battat, Whitney White, Miranda Haymon, Kathleen Capdesuñer, Cristina Angeles, and Mack Brown.
