Alex Edelman's new comedy Just for Us will have its second encore engagement at Greenwich House Theater beginning June 13. This marks the show's second move as it currently plays SoHo Playhouse through April 30 in an extended run following its sold-out Off-Broadway premiere at Cherry Lane Theatre which ended February 19. The run at Greenwich House Theater will end July 23.

Directed by Adam Brace, the stand-up comedian's solo show features stories from Edelman's life such as tales about his brother AJ, an Olympian athlete, and having an unconventional holiday season. At the core of the show, however, is Edelman's personal experiences with anti-Semitic abuse, his decision to crash a New York City gathering of White Nationalists incognito, and the aftermath of that encounter.

“I will not rest until I’ve scoured the basement of every New York theatre for a dryer that properly works. The quest continues!,” Edelman joked in a statement. “I could not be more pleased to be transferring to a theatre where I’ve seen such great shows like Every Brilliant Thing, My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend, and Daniel Kitson’s After the Beginning, Before the End. What a dream.”

Just for Us originally premiered in 2018 at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. It then transferred to London's Soho Theater and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, earning a Barry Award nomination and the Herald Angel Award along the way. Mike Birbiglia serves as producer.
