Alex Edelman's new comedy Just for Us will have its second encore engagement at Greenwich House Theater beginning June 13, with a recently extended run through August 26.

Directed by Adam Brace, the stand-up comedian's solo show features stories from Edelman's life such as tales about his brother AJ, an Olympian athlete, and having an unconventional holiday season. At the core of the show, however, is Edelman's personal experiences with anti-Semitic abuse, his decision to crash a New York City gathering of White Nationalists incognito, and the aftermath of that encounter.

The show transfers from SoHo Playhouse, where it had its first encore engagement following its sold-out Off-Broadway premiere at Cherry Lane Theatre.

“It’s been so wonderful to be embraced by the theatre community, and the fact that people continue to come see the show blows my tiny little mind,” Edelman said in a statement. “The Greenwich House Theater is so gorgeous, and I can’t wait to settle in and make it my own by introducing one houseplant to the dressing room.”

First presented in 2018 at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Just For Us then transferred to London's Soho Theater and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, earning a Barry Award nomination and the Herald Angel Award along the way. Mike Birbiglia serves as producer.
