The musical will feature songs from country music legends Chris Stapleton, Dolly Parton, Florida Georgia Line, Johnny Cash, Kacey Musgraves, and more.

May We All: A New Country Musical has found a home at Tennessee Performing Arts Center with performances beginning June 7 and opening night June 15. The musical will feature songs from country music legends Chris Stapleton, Dolly Parton, Florida Georgia Line, Johnny Cash, and Kacey Musgraves, among others.

The musical tells the story of small-town singer Jenna Coates, who finds herself falling from the heights of her music career and returning to her hometown. Numerous country singers will make appearances in the musical as Bailey Stone including Alana Springsteen, Alexandra Kay, BRELAND, Brian Kelley, Canaan Smith, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Chris Ruediger, Cooper Alan, Danielle Bradbery, Jamie O’Neal, Lainey Wilson, Lindsay Ell, LOCASH, Nick Fradiani, Robyn Ottolini, Scarlett Burke, Thomas Mac, Tigirlily, and Trent Harmon.

It features a book by The Drowsy Chaperone actor Troy Britton JohnsonThe Color Purple producer Todd Johnson, and playwright Eric Pfeffinger; and arrangements and orchestrations by Brian Usifer (Kinky Boots). The work comes to Tennessee Performing Arts Center following a run at Memphis, Tennessee's Playhouse on the Square earlier this year.

Viral choreographer William Carlos Angulo will choreograph the musical with direction by Shelley Butler. The creative team also includes Timothy Mackabee as scenic designer, Lex Liang as costume designer, Zach Blane as lighting designer, Cody Spencer as sound designer, and Geoffrey Ko as music director.

Also represented in the score will be country music artists Jessica Andrews, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Little Big Town, LOCASH, Loretta Lynn, Miranda Lambert, Old Dominion, Runaway June, Sara Evans, Tim McGraw, and Zac Brown Band. The musical includes two original songs co-written by Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line.

Kelley commented, "I’ve been dreaming and scheming on a musical for a while now, and for May We All to debut in Nashville next June is so surreal. It wouldn’t be a country music party without some special guests and surprises."
