Be More Chill creator Joe Iconis will release a 44-track album titled Album June 17. In anticipation, Ghostlight Records shared the release's title single. Listen to it here.
"The message of art bringing people together is very much a theme of Album, and one I’m so grateful that we get to share at this moment in time," shares Iconis in a statement. "Family is forever and I hope you’ll be a part of ours."
The recent Broadway musical featured nine new songs written by John Kander and Lin-Manuel Miranda, along with many songs from the Kander and Ebb catalogue.
The certification means the album has sold a staggering 10 million since its release in 2015, making it, by far, the best-selling cast album of all time.
Currently playing a critically acclaimed Off-Broadway run, the musical follows a man with lizard skin who becomes a superhero after finding acceptance and empowerment.
Derry Girls' Siobhán McSweeney and Louisa Harland starred alongside Alison Oliver, Bláithín Mac Gabhann, and Justine Mitchell as five sisters loving and surviving in a small Irish village.
