The Inheritance Tony winner Andrew Burnap has joined the live-action remake of Disney’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as the male lead—with a twist. The Hollywood Reporter states the role won’t be Prince Charming or the Huntsman, but a new character developed for the movie. And yes, he will sing.

As previously announced last summer, Snow White will be played by West Side Story star Rachel Zegler. Gal Gadot joined the project as the Evil Queen in November 2021. The project will feature a new score by Tony and Oscar–winning duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (The Greatest Showman, Dear Evan Hansen).
