Serving as production stage manager will be Sean F. Patrick. Casting, which will be by Rachel Hoffman/The Telsey Office, will be announced at a later date..
"I’ve had my eye on Vanities for The York since it was announced as a musical, and we believe it resonates even more powerfully today, in these times when women’s rights are under attack,” said Morgan in a statement.
The work originally made its New York City premiere at Second Stage, and was subsequently revised by Heifner and Kirshenbaum for a staging by 5th Avenue Theatre and ACT in Seattle. The revised version made its London premiere at Trafalgar Studios.
