Industry News New Bill Russell Musical Has Anyone Seen My Mind? to Receive Industry Readings

The project features lyrics and "musings" by Russell, set to music by Janet Hood, Nick Cearley, and Ronald Melrose.

A new musical featuring "musings" and lyrics from Side Show writer Bill Russell, titled Has Anyone Seen My Mind?, will receive two private industry readings, set for October 26 at 3 PM and October 27 at 1 PM.

Justin Ross Cohen is directing the new work, described as Russell's "most personal" work about "life and love and everyday frustrations[.]"

Russell is collaborating with several composers on the project, including his Elegies for Angels, Punks, and Raging Queens writing partner Janet Hood. The composer team also includes The Skivvies frontman Nick Cearley and Broadway music director Ronald Melrose.

The readings will feature Jordan Dean, Michelle Duffy, Telly Leung, and Tiffany Mann in the cast, with Mary Gatchell music directing. Casting is by Stephen DeAngelis.
