A host of Broadway artists, including three Tony winners, will play the Café Carlyle this fall.
John Lloyd Young, a Tony winner for his work in the Tony-winning musical Jersey Boys, will kick off the upcoming season with a one-night-only gig September 2. The actor's new show spotlights Golden Era classics.
Stage and screen star Brooke Shields, seen on Broadway in Grease, The Addams Family, Cabaret, Wonderful Town, and more, will play the famed nightspot September 12-23. The engagement will mark the premiere of Previously Owned by Brooke Shields.
Tony winner Patina Miller, most recently seen on Broadway as the Witch in the Tony-nominated revival of Into the Woods, will offer An Evening with Patina October 11-14. In addition to her Tony-winning turn in Pippin, Miller has also been seen on Broadway in the musical adaptation of Sister Act.
Paradise Square Tony winner Joaquina Kalukango will make her Carlyle debut September 26-30. Her new show, spotlighting artists who have influenced her over the years as well as tunes from her favorite Broadway shows, will feature musical direction by Michael Orland.
The fall season will also feature Cuban-born singer Rosalia de Cuba (September 8-9) and singer-songwriter Peter Cincotti (October 3–7).
