The George M. Cohan Theatre was built in 1911, produced by George M. Cohan himself. Some of the Cohan shows produced there included The Little Millionaire, Potash & Perlmutter, and It Pays to Advertise. The George M. Cohan Theatre was demolished as a film house in 1938.
