The Human Resources Assistant-Process Improvement will work with the HR operations and benefits teams to identify and improve the processes related to the benefit and labor related work streams that cross multiple departments including HR, finance, information systems, payroll and legal. The successful candidate must have strong excel skills, interest in working in and improving databases and the ability to assimilate information from multiple sources.
