Job Description
The Operations Manager reports to the Club Director and supports Club operations, membership engagement, and event management, enhancing member experiences and contributing to growth. We hire kind-hearted professionals who tackle every challenge—no task too small, no goal too big.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Team Development:
Assist in leading and developing teams across various departments.
Help implement policies, procedures, and training programs.
Assist in ensuring team performance targets are met.
2. Operations and Membership Services:
Maintain high customer service standards.
Support event planning and manage member feedback.
Contribute to maintaining space aesthetics and process improvements.
3. HR Management:
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling and payroll.
Support training systems and HR compliance.
4. Financial Management:
Help manage budgets, vendor accounts, and P&L analysis.
Support products and services profitability.
5. Marketing and Sales:
Aid in achieving membership targets and promoting Club offerings.
Assist in marketing and social media campaigns and community engagement.
Conduct tours and member onboarding.
Key Success Factors:
Ownership of Club operations and member satisfaction.
Expertise in sales, marketing, hospitality and event management.
Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality, or related fields.
2 years in a management role, preferably in family-oriented settings.
Experience with budgets and P&L responsibilities.
Knowledge of early childhood education is a plus.
Position type: Full Time, with weekend flexibility (e.g., Sunday - Thursday)
Compensation: $70,000, plus bonus/commission
