Bennett Theatricals, LLC is currently accepting applications for our 2024-2025 Internship Program. We are looking for driven and reliable General Management, Company Management, Marketing, Social Media, Stage Management, Production Assistant and Wardrobe Interns to collaborate under close supervision on all upcoming projects based in New York City. Ideal candidates should be proactive, personable, efficient, analytic, attentive, and prepared to support any and all administrative needs and creative solutions.
Requirements:
- Proficient experience on all Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Access to iPhone or Android apps for remote work if needed with a quick turn around.
- Prompt email and messaging communications on time-sensitive items.
- Experience with Canva, Zoom, and Slack is a plus.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Exposure and upkeep of show management, tracking and budgets.
- Compiling data, creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Frequent email communications, video meetings and cell phone calls.
- Filing and maintenance of all show related documents.
- Paid bills tracking and filing.
- Assisting accounting and payroll services as needed.
- Production assistance: script assembly, load-ins, load-outs, box office preparation.
- Researching, creating and maintaining campaigns considering popular trends.
- Assistance on graphic spec adjustments, social and paid ad models.
- General maintenance of department related collaborations.

- Working closely under management with extensive experience on Broadway, National/ International Tours, Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Broadway, TV/ Film, in fashion and beyond.
- Hands-on intensive experience overseeing the opening of an Off-Broadway project in the spring and maintaining the run.

- Explore experience in different departments as interested throughout the term.

Time Commitment:
- Start and end dates can be flexible, but Internship term is late December 2024 into the new year and through June 2025.
- Around 10-15 hours per week of remote work, primarily between Mondays-Fridays 10AM-6PM.
- Evening or weekend commitments may come up and will collect availability as needed.
Please note: Interns aren’t guaranteed a job after completion of the internship term, but will be kept in high consideration for referrals as needed.
Bennett Theatricals, LLC is an award-winning production and general management company, overseeing and maintaining many Off-Broadway, concerts and special events developed in NYC.
