The U.K. premiere of the 2017 Broadway musical Amélie, which debuted in April at the Watermill Theatre, will transfer to the West End’s Other Palace Theatre November 29.
The production will arrive in London following its current U.K. tour, which continues through September 21. Performances will run through February 1, 2020, at The Other Palace.
The West End run will feature the original U.K. cast, including Audrey Brisson as Amélie Poulain, with Chris Jared as Nino, Oliver Grant as Lucien/Mysterious Man, Samuel Morgan-Grahame as Joseph/Fluffy, Sioned Saunders as Gina, Johnson Willis as Collignon/Dufayel, Caolan McCarthy as Hippolito/Elton John, Faoileann Cunningham as Georgette/Sylvia, Kate Robson-Stuart as Suzanne, Josh Sneesby as Blind Beggar/Gnome, Jez Unwin as Raphael/Bretodeau, and Rachel Dawson as Andamine/Philomene.
Amélie has music by Daniel Messé, lyrics by Nathan Tysen and Messé, and a book by Craig Lucas.
