The cast includes Katrina Lenk, Mimi Lieber, Max Gordon Moore, Steven Rattazzi, Richard Topol, Adina Verson and Tom Nelis as well as musicians Lisa Gutkin, Aaron Halva, and Travis W. Hendrix.

Indecent, according to production notes, is "inspired by the true events surrounding the controversial 1923 Broadway debut of Sholem Asch's God of Vengeance—a play seen by some as a seminal work of Jewish culture, and by others as an act of traitorous libel. [The play] charts the history of an incendiary drama and the path of the artists who risked their careers and lives to perform it."

The production features music composed by Lisa Gutkin and Aaron Halva, choreography by David Dorfman, music direction by Aaron Halva, scenic design by Riccardo Hernandez, costumes by Emily Rebholz, lighting by Christopher Akerlind, sound by Matt Hubbs, projections by Tal Yarden, dialect coaching by Stephen Gabis, Yiddish consultation by Joel Berkowitz, dramaturgy by Amy Boratko, casting by Tara Rubin Casting and stage management by Amanda Spooner.

Tickets range from $20-98 and are available online at yalerep.org, by phone at (203) 432-1234, and in person at the Yale Rep Box Office (1120 Chapel Street, at York Street).
