International News Olivier Awards to Be Streamed on Facebook and Broadcast Live on Sirius XM The show will include appearances by Gary Barlow, Amber Riley, Tim Minchin, and Audra McDonald.

The 2017 Olivier Awards have announced international broadcast plans for the April 9 ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall.

The awards will air in a primetime slot (8 PM-10 PM GMT) on Britain's biggest commercial channel, ITV, and simultaneously streamed on Facebook for territories beyond the U.K. (3 PM-5 PM ET). There will also be live radio coverage by Magic Radio in the U.K. (hosted by Ruthie Henshall and Alice Arnold) and Sirius XM in the U.S., as well as streaming to China for the first time via YouKu.

In addition, a new Red Carpet Live show will be broadcast via Facebook, from 4:30 PM to 6 PM GMT (11:30 AM-1 PM ET), hosted by Anita Rani, Jamie Lambert, and NY1 presenter Frank DiLella.

Performances in the ceremony will include Gary Barlow and Tim Firth with the company of The Girls, Amber Riley from Dreamgirls (performing “And I Am Telling You”), Tim Minchin from his musical Groundhog Day, the companies of School of Rock The Musical, Jesus Christ Superstar, and The Red Shoes, and an appearance by six-time Tony winner Audra McDonald, performing as part of the In Memoriam section.

In a press statement, Julian Bird, executive producer of the Olivier Awards and chief executive of Society of London Theatre, commented, “ITV is the perfect home to theatre’s biggest night and together we have seen the ceremony grow each year. The Olivier Awards are a celebration of the very best of London theatre, and we’re delighted that this year’s ceremony will be broadcast in primetime on ITV in the United Kingdom and across the world via Facebook.”
