Tony nominee Norm Lewis will celebrate 10 years of holiday concerts in December at 54 Below.
Norm Lewis: The Best of Christmas will be presented at the intimate Manhattan cabaret December 18–24 at 7 PM.
Richard Jay-Alexander will again direct the concerts with musical direction by Joseph Joubert. Perry Cavari will be featured on percussion and drums with Dylan Shamat on electric and upright bass.

Culled from the actor’s ten years of holiday music, the show will include favorites requested by family, friends, and fans as well as new material.
Lewis earned a 2012 Tony nomination for his performance in The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess. In 2014 he had the distinction of becoming the first African-American actor to play the title role in Broadway’s The Phantom of the Opera.
Lewis’ other Broadway roles include Jake in the original production of Side Show (1997), Eddie in The Wild Party (2000), the Painter in Amour (2002), Billy Flynn in the revival of Chicago (2004), Javert in Les Misérables (2006), King Triton in The Little Mermaid (2008), part of the star ensemble in Sondheim on Sondheim (2010), Agwe in the revival of Once On This Island (2018), Reginald in Chicken & Biscuits (2021), and more.
