Oscar-winning filmmaker and author Michael Moore and Tony-winning director Michael Mayer both received Sardi's portraits September 21.
Moore made his theatrical debut with his solo show The Terms of My Surrender, which opened August 10 at Broadway's Belasco Theatre . The show works with the politically-charged personality to create a piece that takes aim at the current administration and its policies, sheds light on personal tales from Moore's life and career, and playfully interacts with (and quizzes) the audience.
