Matt Cox (Puffs)'s Witches!? In Salem?! has been acquired by Uproar Theatrics for licensing, and is now available in both full-length and high school editions.

The work, a parody of the Salem Witch Trials and Arthur Miller's The Crucible, made its premiere earlier this year Off-Broadway at HERE Arts Center.

“Matt has a unique gift for blending humor and heart in stories where we least expect to find them," says Uproar Theatrics co-founder Nathan Sheffield in a statement. "Witches!? In Salem?! is a fresh and clever take on an all-too-familiar story. We know Matt’s work resonates with theatre communities around the world, and we are excited to partner with him in sharing his newest comedy."

The high school edition of the play will premiere with a staged reading at this year's International Thespian Festival in June. Attending thespian troupes are encouraged to submit applications to debut the comedy by May 20.
