The New York Times profiles Clark and Reidy's story in its Aug. 15 edition.
Clark, who said her focus in recent years had been her extensive Broadway career and college-age son, T.L., decided to join eHarmony in 2008. It was there that Reidy, a former actor and now a manager for a Canadian furniture manufacturer, came across her profile. Recognizing the actress, he went looking for more information about her on Playbill.

Clark told the Times she was delighted that Reidy had done his homework prior to their meeting. "I was meeting a bunch of crazy people online, and here was an available man who seemed to be of this world and had actually gone to the theater," she said.
Friends and family encouraged their courtship and, In recent years, Reidy vacated his Brooklyn apartment to join Clark in her home on the Upper West Side. On Easter Sunday 2014 Reidy proposed.
The couple were married Aug. 1 at the home of Clark's brother and sister-in-law in Durham, N.C. Clark's satin, silk and organza wedding gown was designed by Tony Award-winning costume designer Catherine Zuber, who also dressed Clark in Gigi.
A New York celebration took place Aug. 10 with Broadway colleagues including Patina Miller, Bartlett Sher, Jonathan Butterell, Phumzile Sojola, Corey Cott, David Hyde Pierce and composer Ricky Ian Gordon in attendance, whose song "The Wedding Song" was written for the couple.
