Hedwig and the Angry Inch Tony winner Lena Hall releases a new EP, Songs From Your Friends & Neighbors, April 25 on the Ghostlight Records label.

The five-track recording—featuring selections that Hall performs in the Apple TV+ series—is available in streaming and digital formats.

Tracks include “Fake Plastic Trees” (Radiohead), “Hold Me Now” (Thompson Twins), “Wise Up” (Aimee Mann), “Doll Parts” (Hole), and “Two More Days” (a Hall original).

“I am so excited to release this EP of songs into the world,” says Hall in a statement. “After filming Your Friends & Neighbors season one last year I realized that my character, Ali, had performed enough songs on the show to make a full EP. I thought it would be a fun exercise to produce full versions of these songs through the eyes of my character and felt like the audience watching the series would want to experience Ali’s full songs as well.”

Grammy nominee Hall co-stars alongside Jon Hamm, Olivia Munn, and Amanda Peet in Your Friends & Neighbors.

Hall starred on AMC’s Snowpiercer for four seasons opposite Jennifer Connelly, after winning a Tony for co-starring in Hedwig and the Angry Inch opposite Neil Patrick Harris. In 2018, Ghoslight presented Lena Hall Obssessed, a year-long series of 12 EPs featuring stripped-down covers of one artist or band with whom Hall was “obsessed.” She was most recently seen Off-Broadway in the revival of Little Shop of Horrors.

Songs From Your Friends & Neighbors is produced by Justin Craig. To stream or download the EP, click here.
