Tony nominee Kevin Chamberlin will bring his cabaret Finding the Joy to The Green Room 42 November 24 and 25 at 7 PM ET. The performances will mark Chamberlin's New York solo cabaret debut, after presenting the evening of song, comedy, and stories for West Coast audiences. Both performances will also stream live.
Chamberlin made his Broadway debut in the company of My Favorite Year in 1992. Since then, he has been seen in Wicked, Chicago, The Ritz, and more. In 2000, Chamberlin originated the role of Charlie in Dirty Blonde, which earned him his first Tony Award nomination. Chamberlin received two subsequent nominations for his performances as Horton the Elephant in Seussical and Uncle Fester in The Addams Family.
The actor's film credits include Netflix's adaptation of The Prom, Die Hard with a Vengeance, and In and Out; and television credits include Outer Range, Gracie and Frankie, and Jessie. Chamberlin has also amassed over 11 million followers on TikTok, and received attention on the platform for his performance in the viral Ratatouille the TikTok Musical, which raised millions for The Entertainment Community Fund during the pandemic.
Chamberlin will be joined at The Green Room 42 by music director Michael Orland as well as surprise special guests.
