News IFC Films Will Distribute "Manglehorn," Starring Al Pacino Al Pacino, who will return to Broadway next October playing a billionaire businessman in David Mamet's China Doll, will also be seen playing a small-town locksmith in the dramatic film "Manglehorn," Deadline.com reports.

IFC Films has taken the U.S. rights to the film, which follows Pacino's reclusive locksmith as he struggles between grieving over the love of his life and pursuing a relationship with a new local woman. David Gordon Green directs. Co-starring with Pacino in the film are Holly Hunter (Sticks and Bones, The Play What I Wrote), Harmony Korine ("Stoker," "Trash Humpers") and Chris Messina (Salome, "The Mindy Project").

The Worldview Entertainment and Dreambridge Films production is produced by Green, Lisa Muskat and Derrick Tseng. Melissa Coolidge, Brad Coolidge, Todd J. Labarowski, Danny McBride and Jody Hill are executive producers.

Pacino made his Broadway debut in 1969 with Does a Tiger Wear a Necktie?, which won him a Featured Actor Tony Award. His screen credits include "The Godfather" and "Scent of a Woman." Other credits include Glengarry Glenn Ross, Camino Real, The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel (Tony Award), Richard III, American Buffalo, Chinese Coffee, Hughie and The Merchant of Venice.
