Grey House follows a couple whose car crashes on a mountain and subsequently seek shelter in an isolated cabin with somewhat unusual inhabitants. The play officially opened at the Lyceum Theatre June 6 after beginning previews April 29.
The production features scenic design by Scott Pask, costume design by Rudy Mance, lighting design by Natasha Katz, sound design by Tom Gibbons, and movement by Ellenore Scott. Or Matias is music supervisor and a cappella arranger, and Andrew Morrill is director of artistic sign language.
“We are enormously grateful and proud to have brought Grey House to Broadway,” said producers Tom Kirdahy and Robert Ahrens in an earlier statement. “Under the brilliant direction of Joe Mantello, Levi Holloway's stunning play keeps everyone on the edge of their seat. The cast, crew, and creative team are nothing short of extraordinary. We are particularly pleased that so many of our audience members got to experience a Broadway show for the first time, as they are the theatregoers of the future.”
