The world premiere of Domenica Feraud's Rinse, Repeat officially opened July 31 at the Signature Theatre Off-Broadway. With the actor-playwright starring in the leading role of Rachel, the new play, directed by Kate Hopkins, traces a young woman's struggles with an eating disorder.

Rinse, Repeat began performances July 16 in the Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre at the Pershing Square Signature Center; the limited engagement is scheduled through August 17.

The cast also features Florencia Lozano (One Life to Live) as Rachel's mother Joan, Jake Ryan Lozano (Mary Stuart) as Brody, Portia (Queen For a Day) as Brenda, and Michael Hayden (All My Sons) as Peter.

In the play, Rachel comes home after four months spent fighting for her life. Though initially happy to be reunited with her family, she begins to question whether the place where she felt she most belonged is what almost killed her in the first place.
