It is co-directed by Wooster's Elizabeth LeCompte and the RSC's Mark Ravenhill.

The two different companies are creating their responses to the play's factions of Greeks (RSC) and Trojans (The Wooster Group) independently of each other — The Wooster Group have been rehearsing their part of the show at their base in New York, and will join RSC rehearsals in London at the end of June. This will be when the two  "factions" meet for the very first time to compare their work on the show in what will be both a collision and a collaboration.

The U.K. cast includes Joe Dixon (Achilles) , Scott Handy (Ulysses), Aidan Kelly (Ajax), Clifford Samuel (Patroclus), Zubin Varla (Thersites) and Danny Webb (Agamemnon/Diomedes); and from The Wooster Group Jibz Cameron (Cassandra), Ari Fliakos (Hector), Marin Ireland (Cressida), Jennifer Lim (Andromache), Greg Mehrten (Pandarus), Bruce Odland (Priam), Andrew Schneider (Aeneas), Scott Shepherd (Troilus) and Gary Wilmes (Paris).

The production is co-designed by Laura Hopkins and Studio Folkert de Jong, with lighting by Nigel Edwards and Music by Jocelyn Pook for the RSC and Bruce Odland for The Wooster Group.  The associate director/ movement director is Jane Gibson for the RSC and Kate Valk is the associate director for The Wooster Group.
