Paper Mill Playhouse will open its 2014-2015 season with a Broadway-bound revival of Can-Can. Kate Baldwin stars as Pistache, the owner of café featuring the naughty titular dance, and Jason Danieley stars as Aristide, a judge out to close the dance hall and put an end the scandalous goings-on. Here, the cast performs three tunes from the timeless Cole Porter score — "Never, Never Be an Artist," "I Love Paris" and "Can-Can." The musical features a book by Abe Burrows and a revised script by Joel Fields and David Lee. Lee directs, Patti Colombo serves as choreographer. Previews begin Oct. 1 and performances will continue through Oct. 26.
