Iris Rainer Dart ("Beaches") wrote the book and lyrics to the new musical The People in the Picture, in which Tony Award winner Donna Murphy plays a 1970s "bubbie" revealing secrets from her life as the darling of pre-World War II Polish-Yiddish theatre.
