DESCRIPTION

Maximum Entertainment Productions is currently seeking a non-union Wardrobe Supervisor on the running crew for a touring production of the hit holiday dance show, THE HIP HOP NUTCRACKER.

Position to start in Los Angeles, CA ASAP, for two weeks of fittings, alterations and rehearsals. Tech is November 5-8 in Cerritos, CA with performances starting Friday, November 8, 2024 and concluding Sunday, December 29, 2024.

Seeking qualified candidates with production touring and wardrobe supervisor experience.

Responsibilities include those as normally assigned to a Wardrobe Supervisor. Specific duties include:

· Ensuring the successful prep of costumes at rehearsals and through tech rehearsals with stylist;

· Manage and direct local house crews during load-in through load-out of performances throughout the tour;

· Stitching and repairing costumes as needed;

· Working backstage for each performance and supervising deck crew.

Must be resourceful, extremely detail-oriented, have excellent people management skills and be able to think outside the box. Must be a problem solver and have a positive attitude. A background with productions involving dance is a plus.
