SEEKING

Equity actors for roles in Stages St. Louis 2025 Season (See breakdown).

STAGES St. Louis strives to cultivate an inclusive environment which welcomes

PREPARATION

Please come warmed up and ready to dance.

There will be a mover combo for BEAUTIFUL and a ballet combo for AUSTEN'S PRIDE.

Female Identifying dancers should bring character heels and ballet shoes (if

applicable). Male Identifying dancers should bring character/jazz shoes or sneakers and

ballet shoes (if applicable). Dancers may be asked to sing. Prepare 16 - 32 bars of music

that shows off your range. Legit music preferred. You may also be asked to read a

SEEKING:

THE REDCOATS: (Mid 20s – 30s) All Gender Identities. Male British soldiers. In the militia with Wickham. Their arrival excites the younger Bennet sisters to no end. These ensemble roles are featured in the action of the play as well as aide in the flow of the conceptual storytelling. Tenor/ Baritenor/ Baritone A2-A4. All must be extremely strong singers as well as dancers. Swings and Understudies will come from the ensemble.

SEEKING:

ENSEMBLE: Male and female identifying. 20s – 30s. Ensemble play multiple characters including, the Shirelles, The Drifters, The Righteous Brothers, Neil Sedaka, and other featured ensemble roles. All will be required to dance and be excellent singers. The dancing is 60’s social dance, some of which is aerobic and/ or has beautiful lines. Swings and understudies will be cast from the ENSEMBLE.
