Contract Duration and Payment Schedule
All contracts for the 2025 season will run from August 2025 to July 2026, with payment extended across the summer break months of June and July to ensure continuity of compensation throughout the year.

Position Overview

We are seeking Soloist Dancers (Full-Time) and Corps Dancers (Part-Time) for our 2025 season. All dancers will work in our multidisciplinary ensemble, collaborating with musicians, actors, and writers to create original works.

All positions are W-2 salaried roles with livable wages, and come with health insurance, retirement/unemployment benefits, artistic development stipends, and paid touring/performance stipends.

Nontraditional Training Welcome
If you have taken time away from dance or come from a nontraditional training background, we encourage you to apply! We welcome a wide range of experiences, and we value diverse movement vocabularies.

Recording Environment
If you are unable to record in a dance studio, any safe and suitable environment with a flat surface floor will suffice. Please ensure you have enough space to clearly show your movement.

Submission Requirements

Round 1 (Video Submission):

• File Format: Please provide a link to a YouTube video(s). You may keep them unlisted.
  
• Intro Clip: Name, pronouns, and role you are auditioning for (Corps, Soloist, or Both)
• Ballet and/or Pointe Video (max 5 minutes) which should showcase -
  
  • Barre work: pliés, tendus, rond de jambe, and grand battement
  • Center work: adagio and petit or grand allegro
  • Across-the-floor combination: including pirouettes, jetés, and/or jumps
• Contemporary or Improvisation Solo (1–3 minutes)
• Optional: Performance reel, choreographic work, or past footage

SALARY

$40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
