Social Media and Influencer Manager
REPORTS TO: Avery Brunkus, Content Director
THE OPPORTUNITY:

RPM is a full-service agency tailored for live entertainment and experiences. Our team works directly with clients on campaigns that are effective and progressive in both strategy and creativity. We are looking to expand our team with people who share this passion. Clients include the Broadway shows Hamilton, Chicago & Moulin Rouge! and others.
THE ROLE:
The Social Media and Influencer Manager, under the supervision and with the guidance of the Content Director, manages the organic content and social profiles for 2-4 clients. They will collaborate with RPM’s content team to further develop the social presence for each show and manage daily work flow of several freelance associates to ensure the creation, posting, and monitoring of day to day content across various channels. This manager will also develop and maintain relationships with clients, casts and production staff to get content ideas pitched, approved and executed. Additionally, this person will oversee management of RPM’s influencer platform, identifying and recommending targeted content creators for various clients.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Be the key liaison representing social for select clients internally, to Client, GM, and company of client/show
-Contribute to key 360 brainstorms with other RPM team leaders for select clients.
-Lead content calendar strategy for select clients, maintaining brand style guides and ensuring that each client has a consistent tone of voice.
-Lead strategy for interacting with fans, brands, etc for select clients to build community, and create and maintain relevancy.
-Maintain an understanding of ongoing social sentiment for select clients
-Lead creation of reports and decks for meetings/client comm’s including Content calendars, content ideas, social sentiment, channel insights/ stats, etc.
-Identify trends and cultural moments client’s channels should participate in
-Produce graphic and video content for use across social channels, handling minor graphic and editing work and utilizing -RPM’s creative studio as needed
-Regularly ensure the capture of both live and pre-recorded behind-the-scenes content from pre/post show, and other moments with cast and creative team members.
-Work with freelance associates, delegating as needed against content calendar maintenance, creating and posting content, monitoring comments and replying to tags, etc.
THE REQUIREMENTS:

-3+ years in social media management, ideally with multiple brands.
-Experience with social analytics tools.
-A passion for the arts, social media trends, and pop culture
-A basic understanding of video and graphic design principles, with hands-on experience in these mediums in the social space
-Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional writing and proofing skills.
-A true problem solver who is able to anticipate roadblocks and offer solutions.
-Late night, early morning and weekend work will be required
-Passion for working with people and providing them the best possible working environment
-This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with benefits
-Salary: $70,000
