DESCRIPTION

Hazel Village, a manufacturer of stuffed dolls and doll clothing based in Gowanus, Brooklyn, is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to join our team for the holiday season.

The Holiday Sales Associates will sell stuffed dolls and doll clothing at our booth at the Union Square Holiday Market.

Associates act as the face of the company to hundreds of shoppers each year. Each Associate will be responsible for either opening or closing the booth, including tidying up the display and refreshing the inventory. They will communicate with customers, answer questions about the products and promote special items such as our gift bundles and limited edition outfits.

QUALIFICATIONS
*You are friendly and comfortable speaking with customers.
*You are comfortable processing credit card payments using an iPad or phone.
*You are punctual and reliable.

HOURS & TERMS:

This is a part-time to full time temporary position, 20-40 hours/week. Weekend hours are required. Availability Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas Eve is preferred.

The term of this job is November 14 - December 24, with training held in early November.
