Love working with kids? Looking to pick up flexible babysitting gigs? HeyCurated by Curated Care is a kid-centered events & education company which also provides back-up care providers for Bright Horizons Family Solutions. We are looking for experienced nannies and babysitters who want to pick up extra work as a back-up caregiver for one-off requests in NYC.

Join our team and receive babysitting requests from families seeking back up care. If one fits your schedule, we’ll confirm and connect you with the family. Secure fun, flexible work engaging with kiddos.

Caregiver responsibilities include:

• Provide customized and personalized childcare for children in their home, including meal prep & feed kiddos (including bottle-feeding infants), changing diapers, proactively engaging children with activities and play, and keeping children’s area neat and tidy.

• Communicate with parents/guardians and follow their instructions on care delivered through the session.

• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children, usually ages 3 months to 11 years old

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have professional experience working with children (infant experience a plus)

• Excellent at communicating with parents/guardians and has a genuine love for working with children!

• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, in the evenings and occasionally full days. Available to minimally work 5+ sessions per month.

• Legal to work in the US with appropriate documents available for review

Note:

• Must be willing to submit to a background check, reference check, and social media screening

• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to be (we cover the cost)

Pay Rate:

Pay is $20/hr for 1 child; $22/hr for 2 children/ $24 for 3 children. Typically requests are for 1 or 2 children. You will invoice HeyCurated directly for this work as a W2 employee and get paid bi-weekly.
