Editor's Note: For the purposes of this list, we looked at the creative personnel who worked on a Broadway show from April 28, 2023 to April 25, 2024, which coincides with the Tony eligibility period for the season. The team members who we considered for this ranking were directors, designers, choreographers, music directors, book writers, composers, lyricists, playwrights, and stage managers. Alumni performing in shows that opened after April 25, 2024, will be included in next year's list. College attendance data was pulled from publicly available sources, including Playbill and internet-accessible actor résumés.
