Caroline Bowman, Lauren Nicole Chapman, and more performed highlights from the musical at the White House's holiday decor unveiling.

Members of the North American touring company of Disney's Frozen brought some holiday cheer to the White House November 27 with a selection of highlights from the show–check out the video above. 

Cast members Caroline Bowman (Elsa), Lauren Nicole Chapman (Anna), Jeremy Davis (Olaf), Dominic Dorset (Kristoff), and Preston Perez (Hans) were welcomed by First Lady Jill Biden to celebrate the unveiling of the White House's holiday decor. National Guard families were the first to see the decorations, and were then treated to the Frozen performance. 

The Frozen tour is currently in performances at the Detroit Opera House, where it will continue through December 17. From December 20-January 21, 2024, the production will play Washington D.C.'s Kennedy Center. Additional touring productions of Frozen are in performances in Tokyo, London, and Hamburg. 

Based on the 2013 animated Disney film, Frozen features music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez and a book by Jennifer Lee. The musical opened on Broadway in March 2018, earning Tony Award nominations for Best Musical, Best Book, and Best Original Score. The Broadway production announced in May 2020 that it would not reopen post-pandemic. The London production officially opened September 8, 2021.

Frozen is directed by Michael Grandage, with choreography by Rob Ashford, scenic and costume design by Christopher Oram, lighting design by Natasha Katz, sound design by Peter Hylenski, video design by Finn Ross, puppet design by Michael Curry, hair design by David Brian Brown, makeup design by Anne Ford-Coates, special effects design by Jeremy Chernick, and casting by The Telsey Office's Rachel Hoffman and Laura Wade. Lisa Dawn Cave is production supervisor, Randy Meyer is general manager, and Anne Quart serves as executive producer.

Stephen Oremus is music supervisor, and creates vocal, incidental, and dance arrangements. He is joined on the music team by orchestrator Dave Metzger, executive music producer Chris Montan, additional dance arranger David Chase, and music director Faith Seetoo.
