On his day off from Broadway's To Kill a Mockingbird, Jeff Daniels took some time to visit Late Night with Seth Meyers to talk about his onstage experience as Atticus Finch.
For seven months, Daniels has played the lead role in the Aaron Sorkin-penned adaptation of the Harper Lee novel. He has yet to miss a performance and is Tony-nominated for Best Actor in a Play.
In his chat with the late night host, the actor talked about people comparing him to Gregory Peck, the powerful impact of the show, his start as an Off-Broadway actor, and the time an audience member fell asleep.
