The 1975 film version of Richard O'Brien's "musical horror comedy/rock opera" stars Tim Curry as Dr. Frank'n'Furter, a "sweet transvestite from transsexual Transylvania," and Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon as Brad and Janet, the hapless couple who get lured into his mansion one cold, rainy night. Jim Sharman directs a cast that also includes Patricia Quinn, Nell Campbell, Meat Loaf and O'Brien.
Extras new and exclusive to the Blu-ray release will include "Rocky-oke: Sing It!," a "Picture-in-Picture Shadowcast Performance," a vintage callback track, a prop box, and a two-part Shadowcasting documentary, as well as photo galleries, deleted scenes, audio commentary and more.
For a limited time, the Blu-ray will come packaged with a collectible 24-page book of photography by Mick Rock, the legendary rock-n-roll photographer who was the film's chief photographer.
