Todd Fisher announced on his website that there will be a public memorial for his mother, Debbie Reynolds, and his sister, Carrie Fisher, at Forrest Lawn Cemetery Hollywood Hills at the Freedom Theater March 25. The event will celebrate the lives and careers of the late, beloved public figures, with family, friends, and loved ones.

The service will commence at 1 PM. Seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The details are available via the Hollywood Motion Picture Experience website, a high-end production company that was co-founded by Ms. Fisher and Ms. Reynolds, and is currently run by Todd Fisher.

Oscar and Tony nominee Debbie Reynolds—one of the last of the great MGM musical stars—passed away December 28, 2016, just a day after the passing of her daughter, actor and writer Carrie Fisher. The two lived next door to one another and were the subject of the recent HBO documentary Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds. Following their tragic and unexpected deaths, HBO debuted the film earlier on January 7. Watch the trailer below:
