The stars came out September 30 for the opening night of McNeal by Ayad Akhtar at Lincoln Center's Vivian Beaumont Theater. Led by Robert Downey Jr., the show follows a novelist facing his own mortality, who uses A.I. as a way of continuing his legacy. Read the reviews of the show here.

The show is directed by Bartlett Sher. The creative team includes scenic designers Michael Yeargan and Jake Barton, costume designer Jennifer Moeller, lighting designer Donald Holder, sound designers Justin Ellington and Beth Lake, and projection designer Jake Barton. Jennifer Rae Moore is stage manager.
Lincoln Center Theater is producing McNeal in association with Team Downey.
