The Eric Carle Story Show is an all-new interactive stage production full of classic Carle stories, including The Very Hungry Caterpillar and more. Check out the gallery below for a first glimpse at the imaginative production, which features a collection of colorful handcrafted puppets.

The show began performances at New York's Theater 555 August 13, playing Sundays at 9:30 AM and Mondays at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. The Eric Carle Story Show was created by Jonathan Rockefeller to present Carle's classic stories in a fresh way, complete with original music and world-class puppeteers.

In addition to The Very Hungry Caterpillar, audiences are invited to journey through three additional Carle stories that have never been staged before: the worlds of From Head to ToeThe Very Quiet Cricket, and Little Cloud are perfect for young theatregoers.

The Rockefeller Productions and Sesame Workshop production of Sesame Street the Musical is also currently running at Theater 555.
