News Netflix Series, Starring Norbert Leo Butz, Finds Its Title and Releases First Trailer (Video) Netflix's psychological thriller drama from Sony Pictures TV, starring Norbert Leo Butz, has been titled "Bloodline," according to Deadline.com. Additionally, the first trailer has been released.

Written and executive-produced by "Damages" creators Todd A. Kessler, Daniel Zelman and Glenn Kessler (KZK), the 13-episode series features two-time Tony Award winner Butz (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Catch Me If You Can), Kyle Chandler, Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, Sam Shepard, Sissy Spacek, Jamie McShane, Jacinda Barrett, Katie Finneran and Enrique Murciano.

The project centers on a close-knit family whose secrets are revealed when their estranged, eldest son returns home.

Butz will portray the youngest son, who considers himself the unofficial mayor of the family's small hometown, and Shepard will play the patriarch of the family. 

Shepard won the 1979 Pulitzer for Buried Child, and his works also include Operation Sidewinder and True West.
