PlayCo and WP Theater's production of Corinne Jaber's Munich Medea: Happy Family officially opens its world premiere February 12 after beginning previews January 30 at WP Theater. The run will continue through February 25.

The cast features Crystal Finn (Birthday Candles) as Caroline, Heather Raffo (Noura) as Alice, and Kurt Rhoads (Julius Caesar) as the Father. Lee Sunday Evans directs.

Munich Medea tells the story of Caroline and Alice, two childhood friends who reconnect after over 20 years and begin to unravel shared memories. The pair discovers that Caroline's father played a different role in each of their lives, and begin to come to terms with their past.

The creative team includes scenic designer Kristen Robinson, lighting designer Jeanette Oi-Suk Yew, costume designer Dina El-Aziz, magic designer Skylar Fox, production stage manager Jaimie Van Dyke, properties supervisor Samantha Tutasi, and sound designers UptownWorks/Daniela Hart, Noel Nichols, and Bailey Trierweiler.
