As previously announced, Man of La Mancha (with a book by Dale Wasserman, music by Mitch Leigh and lyrics by Joe Darion), starring Jeff McCarthy as Don Quixote, will kick off the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage season. Performance dates are June 10-July 11, with an official opening June 14.

Ed Dixon, who played Judge Turpin in BSC's Sweeney Todd, will return to play the Innkeeper. Lorin Latarro will choreograph the production, and artistic director Julianne Boyd will direct. Associate artists Darren Cohen and Renee Lutz will be the musical director/conductor and production stage manager, respectively.

Neil Simon's Lost in Yonkers will be performed July 16-Aug. 1, with a press opening July 19. Director Jenn Thompson will make her BSC debut with the production. She is the co-artistic director of the TACT in NYC, where she directed a Drama Desk-nominated 2012 revival of Lost in Yonkers.

Barrington Stage will present the screwball comedy His Girl Friday, directed by artistic director Julianne Boyd, Aug. 6-30, with a press opening Aug. 12. His Girl Friday is adapted by John Guare from The Front Page by Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur and the Columbia Pictures film.

Associate artist Christopher Innvar will star as Walter Burns alongside fellow associate artist Mark H. Dold as Bruce Baldwin. Complete casting will be announced at a later date. Barrington Stage will present Veils, a new play by playwright Connecticut playwright and director Tom Coash, Oct. 1-18, with a press opening Oct. 4.

Here's how it's billed: "When Intisar, an African American Muslim student, arrives in Cairo for a year abroad, she hopes to finally be understood. She's quickly enlisted by her exuberant Egyptian roommate, Samar, to help create a blog debating the practice of wearing veils, but when the Arab Spring intervenes, revolution threatens to overtake their friendship."

Barrington Stage will open the 2015 St. Germain Stage season with the New England premiere of Richard Strand's Butler, directed by Joe Discher in his BSC debut. Butler will be presented May 14-June 13 at the St. Germain Stage, with a press opening May 17.

Following Butler in the St. Germain Stage season will be Conor McPherson's Shining City June 18-July 12, with a press opening June 21. Directed by associate artist Christopher Innvar, the production will star associate artist Mark H. Dold. The third and fourth shows on the St. Germain Stage will be announced at a later date.

Barrington Stage Company's Youth Theatre summer 2015 production will be Shrek The Musical TYA, to be presented July 22-August 9 at Berkshire Museum (39 South Street) in Pittsfield, MA. Christine O'Grady will return to direct and choreograph.
