Vocalists include Aaron C. Finley, Ann Harada, Darius de Haas, Greg Hildreth, Elena Shaddow and Betsy Wolfe. The artists will be backed by Steve Kenyon, woodwinds; Brian Pareschi, trumpet; Neal Caine, bass; and Paul Pizzuti, drums.
"Three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall reveals the stories behind 'Comedy Tonight' (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum) and other 11th-hour songs penned out of town, only to become Broadway’s biggest hits," according to press notes.
Marshall is the guest artistic director, writer and host for the concerts. The Tony winner also staged the evenings with associate direction by David Eggers and musical direction by David Chase.
Performances are Jan. 9 at 8 PM, Jan. 10 at 2 PM and 7 PM and Jan. 11 at 2 PM and 7:30 PM.
