The National Theatre's upcoming run of Suzie Miller (Prima Facie)'s new play Inter Alia will be shown in cinemas worldwide, beginning with a live U.K. broadcast September 4 and continuing with a worldwide rollout starting September 25. Oscar nominee Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) is leading the cast as previously announced.

The production is set to begin performances July 10 ahead of a July 23 opening night, with the run continuing through September 13 at the London company's Lyttleton Theatre.

Pike will star as Jessica Parks, a London Crown Court Judge and mother whose life is thrown off balance by an event. The cast will also include Jamie Glover as Michael Parks and Jasper Talbot as Harry Parks. Casting is by Alastair Coomer and Naomi Downham.

Justin Martin is directing, after staging Miller's Olivier-winning and Tony-nominated Prima Facie. The production will also feature set and costume design by Miriam Buether, lighting design by Natasha Chivers, sound design by Ben and Max Ringham, and video design by Willie Williams for Treatment Studio.

“Following the success of the National Theatre Live release of Prima Facie which has now been seen on the big screen by 1.4 million people—I’m thrilled to have Inter Alia broadcast to cinemas," says Miller in a statement. "I’ve witnessed firsthand how NTLive can not only reach but deeply connect with and impact audiences across the world, and I hope this play will do the same.”

The series will also bring back the capture of the Young Vic's 2014 revival of A Streetcar Named Desire, starring Gillian Anderson, beginning June 5. The London revival played an Off-Broadway run at St. Ann's Warehouse in 2016.
