News Gypsy's Original Dainty June Will Play 54 Below Lane Bradbury, who created the role of Dainty June in the original Broadway production of Gypsy starring Ethel Merman, will play 54 Below May 8.

The evening, which is titled Lane Bradbury: Let Me Entertain You, Again, will begin at 7 PM. The concert, according to press notes, will track Bradbury's journey from "Atlanta debutante to performer on the 'The Great White Way' during the Golden Age of Broadway." Songs include “Gee, But It’s Good To Be Here,” "Corner Of The Sky” and “Another Hundred People,” among others, as well as four songs from Gypsy: “Broadway,” “Everything’s Coming Up Roses,” “If Momma Was Married” and “Let Me Entertain You.”

Elkin Antoniou directs with musical direction by Joe Goodrich. The show is written by Dramatist Guild member Doug DeVita.
