Noël Coward’s The Rat Trap has begun performances Off-Broadway at Mint Theater Company! Take a look at the American premiere production below.
Written when Coward was only 18 years old, this drama centers on the struggles of a newlywed couple. The production was originally set to tryout in 1923 before the sudden death of the lead actress, Meggie Albanesi. Coward published the play in 1924, dedicated to the memory of Albanesi.
