Nominations are out for the 2022 Olivier Awards, to be held April 10 at London's Royal Albert Hall. The Oliviers are the highest honors for West End theatre.

With 11 nominations, the revival of Cabaret leads the pack, with star Eddie Redmayne getting a nod for his performance as the Emcee and the production amongst Best Musical Revival nominations. The production is nominated for its costume and scenic design (both Tom Scutt), sound design (Nick Lidster), choreography (Julia Cheng), and lighting (Isabella Byrd). Also nominated from the production's cast are Liza Sadovy and Elliot Levey in the supporting categories, and Jessie Buckley in the leading category. Read the production's reviews here.

Two-time Tony winner Sutton Foster will get a chance to add "Olivier winner" to her list of accolades, with a nomination for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance as Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes. Foster reprised her Tony-winning performance in the production last summer. A live-on-stage film of the revival will debut on PBS later this year. The production also picked up nominations for its costume design (Jon Morrell), orchestrations (Bill Elliott, David Chase, and Rob Fisher), and direction and choreography (both Kathleen Marshall), along with performers Carly Mercedes Dyer and Gary Wilmot in the musical supporting categories and Robert Lindsay, for Best Actor in a Musical. Read the production's reviews here.
