Grab your bowler hats and fishnet tights, and dive into the world of Schmicago. Apple TV+ has released brand new footage from the show, including a snippet of what the songs will actually sound like. The second season of the Apple TV+ television series Schmigadoon!, which started its first season in the realm of golden age musicals, follows two modern-day New Yorkers as they stumble upon a fantasy world of musical theatre, which they must navigate their way through by song and dance.

This season, Schmigadoon is taking on the darker shows of the '60s and '70s, which includes all that jazz, meatpies, and sexy dance moves. To quote the new trailer, which quotes Sondheim, we'll drink to that! The first two episodes of Schmicago will be available on April 7 on Apple TV+, with the rest of the episodes airing every Friday through May 5th. See the cast below.

Check out the new behind-the-scenes look below.

The first season of Schmigadoon! featured original numbers that parodied the song styles and scenes of classics like Oklahoma!, Camelot, and, of course, Brigadoon—and plenty of appearances by stars of the stage like Ariana DeBose, Kristin Chenoweth, and Aaron Tveit. The first season of Schmigadoon! earned a loyal following of theatre fans and an Emmy award.

The upcoming season, Schmicago, will feature new musical numbers composed by the show's co-creator Cinco Paul, inspired by Sondheim, and Kander and Ebb. Last season's stars Cecily Strong, Keegan-Michael Key, Ariana DeBose, Martin Short, Dove Cameron, Jaime Camil, Kristin Chenoweth, Alan Cumming, Ann Harada, Jane Krakowski, and Aaron Tveit will be returning—alongside new guest stars Tituss Burgess and Patrick Page.
